David Shamah
Co-Founder & President

David Shamah likes to say that he was born into the family businessliterally, a “bedroom with bags and boxes everywhere.

From his first job sweeping the family warehouse at 15 to his first venture offering website-building classes at 20, to his first post-grad job as an underwear salesman (true story)David has always been an indefatigable entrepreneur who never shies away from a challenge. This attitude informs his role of creating the next generation of packaging that freshly interprets the company’s heritage while appealing to modern retailers and entrepreneurs.

David’s biggest source of inspiration is the sea, and he counts Crete, Israel, and South Street Seaport (where he got engaged) as his favorite places. When not at the office, David can be found grilling up a mean steak, playing with his three children, and going out on date nights with his lovely wife, Alice.

Alan Shamah
Co-Founder

Known as the most stylish member of the family, Alan Shamah studied marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology to acquire an expansive understanding of the global retail system.

Alan handles worldwide sourcing, production, and quality assurance. He is preparing for a future in sales where he can leverage these skills with clients and prospects.

Alan draws inspiration from architecture, especially in richly historic cities of Paris, Jerusalem, and Amsterdam.

At Edge2Edge, he strives to create brand experiences that evoke a powerful emotional response, akin to walking into a beautiful building or exploring a new city.

After a long day at work, Alan unwinds by playing basketball, watching the Knicks, catching up on podcasts, and enjoying New York’s best pizza (Spumoni’s, in case you’re wondering).
